This machine consists of a steel fabricated machine base with stress relieved by heat treatment. It has two vertical mounted spindle direct coupled with motors. These spindle units mounted on linear slides with high precision roller type linear motion guide ways.
The spindles consist of high precision antifriction bearings in a cartridge type spindles. In feed of the grinding wheels are with direct coupled servo motor to ball screws Machine consist of heavy duty linear dressing arm ,which moves reverse & forward by servo motor & ball screw.
